Welcome to the August issue of Creanord EchoNEWS. Creanord EchoNEWS aims to keep you informed of the latest developments at Creanord and in the fields of automated Ethernet service delivery, SLA assurance and Operations, Administration and Maintenance (OAM).

3S Reports: Scheduled, Saved & Shared
EchoVault 3S Reports Reporting is part of normal Service Provider practices. Unfortunately even today reporting is a somewhat manual process. EchoVault 3S Reports Add-on introduces yet another great feature requested by our customers. 3S stands for Scheduled, Saved and Shared - reducing manual work to minimum when composing and delivering top quality reports to your customers and internal interest groups.

Even Service Provider giants don't have as much IT recources as they would like, and they strive to get the most out of their investments in time, people, and technology. Scheduled and automatically shared reports help to ensure that all customers and internal users are informed in a timely manner. Composing EchoVault 3S Report
When composing an EchoVault 3S Reports task, all the measurements done by EchoVault are at your fingertips. For example creating automatically scheduled monthly reports for your Gold Customer is very straightforward and easy. Simply select measurements, KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and other report options to suite your reporting needs. Throw in your customer logo and the report is ready to be emailed to valued recipients. The reports are also automatically saved into EchoVault�s reports catalog. You are also able to share the same reports with EchoVault Portal or upload them to an external reporting server with Secure Copy Protocol (SCP). EchoVault 3S Reports

As an example, the 3S Reports can easily compose a PDF report which includes all VPN connections for a given company, measured by SLA-Meter on Layer 2 or 3, depending on the VPN. The report includes every circuits' Service Availability percentage from which the CIO can immediatelly see which circuits performance needs more attention. For a Service Provider the 3S Reports can produce a report of a specific Gold customer's Circuits showing any metrics collected by the EchoVault - from one-way delays to packet loss and from jitter to corrupted frames. The report can be automatically sent to each customer or it can be pushed into the corresponding executive dashboard in customers EchoVault Portal. Monthly SLA reporting can now be fully automated.
